Terms of Service
Payment
- Local (Philippines): Gcash
- International: Paypal
- 75% of the art needs to be paid after the first sketch/draft is complete, pay full after receiving the commission piece
Commission process
- Look at my Price Sheet and doable and not doable list
- Contact me via email or discord so that we can discuss more in detail the commission piece. You may also ask for more references of my art for emojis, chibis, or other drawings NOTE: If you ask me for add-ons that are not listed, I will choose the additional cost of it
- Give me at least 3 weekdays to sketch the first draft. Please note that I am a college student so I may not be always on time
- Pay 75% of the price after the first sketch/draft is complete
- Give me 15 weekdays (about three weeks not counting weekends) to finish the artwork. I will contact you if I need more time. Please understand that I am a college student and I can't focus on my commission and art 24/7
- Pay 25% of the price when you are satisfied with the commission piece
- you may ask for a version with no watermark and/or no background after the 25% has been paid
Disclaimers
1. My art style is still experimental/in progress. If you want a specific style to your commission, please inform me
2. You will provide any and all references for the commission piece, for both original characters and fanart. Provide a color palette if you want the piece colored
3. I have the right to reject a commission for any reason
4. I have the right to reuse any reference, rejected or cancelled piece from your commission unless it's a personal picture or original character
5. I have the right to post the finished commission piece in my social media pages, I do not accept promotions and commercial licenses
6. I do not accept my art and commission pieces to be turned into NFT's or any blockchain
7. Do not edit or claim the finished commission pieces as your own. I also do not accept my art and commission pieces to be used commercially
8. If you make any assumption or interpretations of my terms that I don't agree with, I have the right to reject and blacklist you from my social media and services
9. Acting indecent or abusive towards me and my terms of service will also give me the right to blacklist and reject you from my services
10. If you wish to continue the commission then you have agreed to all my terms
